Incident response and crisis management simulations

Practise the response before you need it, in a scenario built around your organisation.

A rehearsal for the worst day.

A simulation is a facilitated exercise in which your people work through a realistic incident. It tests your systems, processes and people without the consequences of a live event, and it shows what works and what does not while there is still time to fix it.

Four reasons organisations do.

01

See the gaps early

A simulation shows where plans, systems and people fall short before a real incident does.

02

Decide under pressure

Teams practise communicating and making decisions while the clock is running, without live consequences.

03

Recover faster

Practice shortens the time it takes to spot an incident, respond to it and recover.

04

Build readiness

Working through a scenario together builds shared responsibility and a culture of being prepared.

Shaped to what you need to test.

Realistic threat scenarios

A credible incident built from the risks your organisation actually faces.

Blended scenarios

Several events that overlap, so teams practise handling more than one thing at once.

Focused stress tests

A tighter exercise aimed at a known weak spot in a plan, process or system.

Whole-organisation response

Leadership, communications, legal, operations and, where relevant, the board working through the response together.

Built around your organisation.

Every simulation is designed with you. The scenario reflects your own risks, and the work is aligned to ISO 22301 and the BCI Good Practice Guidelines (GPG 7.0), with UAE NCEMA 7000 and central bank requirements such as CBUAE and KSA SAMA kept in view where they apply. Those who take part can include executives, crisis and incident teams, communications, operations and IT, and the board where relevant.

How it runs

01

Agree the aims

ADOX talks with you about what the simulation should test and who should take part.

02

Design the scenario

A scenario is shaped around your own risks and your current state of preparedness.

03

Run the exercise

ADOX facilitates the simulation, online or on site, at a time that suits you.

04

Debrief and improve

The team reviews what happened, and ADOX recommends improvements.
